Fraternity and Sorority Affairs

Fraternity and Sorority Life provides individuals with opportunities to engage with philanthropic/service events, leadership, diversity and social activities. In addition to fostering a sense of brotherhood and sisterhood, chapter members are able to build networks to help them become more active and strengthen their leaderships skills not only within their chapters but other organizations on campus.

Austin Peay's Greek Life is committed to enriching students’ collegiate experience.

We foster a community of values-based organizations through a commitment to accountability, courageous leadership, and stewardship. For over 48 years, fraternities and sororities at Austin Peay have had a proud tradition of academic excellence and service to the community, and play a significant role in the lives of hundreds of students and alumni.

Our chapters provide a variety of services to the Austin Peay community as well as the Middle Tennessee region including raising money for local and national charities and completing many hours of service to the campus and surrounding communities.

Today, our community is comprised of 20 fraternities and sororities across three councils. With over 350 recognized members, our social fraternities and sororities account for approximately 4 percent of the total campus population. We encourage you to learn more about how you can get involved and be a part of the community that is focused on helping YOU "Define Your Experience."
